Ship

We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days, we try to ship within 1-3 working days. However, we are not always able to fulfill this. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

• €3,95 for orders under €30
• Free for orders from €30

Delivery takes place via PostNL, DPD or DHL. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Pickup

You can also pickup your order at the locations as shown in checkout process. Please note accelerated payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay are not available in combination with Pickup.
